We’re How To Impact.

We’re an innovation consultancy. We help our clients change. We come up with new products, business models, brands, services, delivery innovation, and processes… so it’s pretty varied. Think of it as a mix of research, strategy consultancy, design, and branding – but not quite any of them. Come in to meet us and we’ll show you what we mean.

Our work is broad: if today you’ve had a cup of tea or coffee, eaten breakfast, used a computer, taken a photo, watched a film, or just eaten a pizza at home with a beer, you’ll have interacted with one of our clients – and maybe seen some our work.

What will you do?

  • Identify and act on needs-driven innovation insights
  • Build innovation strategies using qual, quant, trends, disruptive thinking tools, lean thinking and Desirability-Viability-Feasibility methodologies
  • Co-plan and co-run innovation projects with a dedicated team
  • Apply yourself to disruptive thinking, service design, experience design and rapid prototyping
  • Research, communicate and facilitate evolving, evidence-based solutions

Who you are...

  • A completer-finisher – proactive, great attention to detail
  • Ability to think laterally, analytically and quickly
  • Ability to think on your feet and make good judgement calls
  • Compelling written and verbal skills to develop arguments and cut through communication
  • A desire to grow and learn: you’ve studied elements of design thinking and innovation, and are excited by the prospect of teaching others

Think you’re the right person? If you can check all of these off then we may have a spot for your you. Our consultants are expected to have 4+ years direct experience and we also hire the junior consultant, project managers and delight in finding the best interns we can to train and develop with us.
