Approach: We have a system of inter-connected training modules that cover the 4 core skill-sets for innovation: definition/discovery, innovation insights, idea development and prototyping/implementation.
Our action learning approach incorporates: pre-work, real project challenges, content-focused training sessions, follow-up clinics, follow-up challenges and coaching.

Recent Examples: We are coaching three different client teams on the end-to-end innovation process, have trained several leadership, marketing and innovation teams and even an entire finance function (of 120 people) in the fundamental functions of innovation.
