Approach: Combine customer-journey mapping and service prototyping to define first the core consumer missions and then the necessary delivery experience, through iterative rounds of prototyping. Includes UX and spatial design considerations.
Recent examples: We developed a total weight management platform (strategy, products, apps/dashboard, services), created the experience design for 12 new brewbars, built a new professional photography hub offer, new consumer engagement platforms in home entertainment and image sharing.
